"I really enjoyed my nutritional therapy with Zoe. I found her very approachable and knowledgeable and I really feel that I have learnt a lot from the process. Zoe provides excellent advice, and although some of the ‘science’ bit can be a bit complicated, Zoe does her best to make it easy to understand.   I’m a very fussy eater and I was worried that I would struggle to eat the foods that Zoe would suggest. However Zoe always thinks outside the box and came up with lots of alternative suggestions which meant that I could follow the plan she had devised and really feel like I could make the changes in the long term.  The hand outs and break downs of each session that are provided makes it easy to remember what you have learnt and provides a record for the future which has meant that even after the therapy has finished, I have been able to check back if there is something I can’t quite remember.   I would highly recommend nutritional therapy with Zoe. It has made me much more aware about the food I eat and I really feel that with Zoe’s help I have been able to make positive changes to my diet. Zoe's friendly and professional manner immediately put me at ease during the first consultation.
